Shipping and Warranty

We ship worldwide and most orders usually ship out within the very same day. When you place an order, our USPS integration will automatically calculate shipping for you based on the weight of your items and the shipping options you have chosen. International shipping varies by the country you reside in.  

Shipping Policy

All shipping costs are calculated at the time of checkout using the USPS integration. Shipping costs are calculated based upon the service selected, travel distance, and package dimensions.  Any orders over $300 may require a signature upon delivery. 

Most orders are shipped within the same business day and everything is packaged and handled with the best of care. Times in transit refer to business days and does not include holidays. Please allow 1 extra day of shipping time during all major holidays that the Post Office will be closed. Please double check your billing address for accuracy. Any package returned to Video Games, Toys, and More for an incorrect address might be charged additional shipping fees when the item reships. All USPS prices are listed in US dollars.

Warranty and Returns

All products purchased through Video Games, Toys, and More are covered by our 7-day free warranty. If you receive any item that you are not satisfied with, you may return it for to our mailing address within 7 days of your item being delivered. Just email us and we will help you resolve any issue with your item. All products will need to be returned in the same condition it was received.

If you need to return an item, simply send us an email and provide us with your order number. A Video Games, Toys, and More representative will review your request and notify you via e-mail with the proper return instructions.
